At Oakmoor we endeavour to be a part of our wider community by developing positive relationships with our parents and other community groups and partners. This includes building closer links with our partner primary schools, agencies and services who support the school.
ALTON CAMERA CLUB
Weekly meetings are held on Wednesday evenings in the Holybourne Village Hall, with doors opening at 7:00pm for a 7:30pm start. There is usually a break around 8:30pm for refreshments and we finish by 10pm. We also run regular field trips see: Field Trips

Bordon food bank
Bordon Foodbank was established in 2012 and is run by a dedicated team of volunteers.
In 2024 the foodbank supports over 100 local families. This can only be possible by the generosity of local residents, businesses and funding .

deadwater valley trust
Deadwater Valley Trust is a local charity which manages the local nature reserve and Bordon Inclosure. Our woodland, heath land, river, habitats and ancient meadow are managed by a team of Rangers, based at The Phoenix Theatre, Bordon. We also organise a wide range of events and activities which promote the environment, nature and wildlife. We engage with the community in a number of ways, through forum's networking, education, volunteering and hosting events in order to build and strengthen relationships whilst encouraging everyone to care about and look after their green spaces.

grayshott cricket club
Welcome to Grayshott Cricket Club, situated in East Hampshire on the Hampshire/Surrey Border.
The club has around 500 members, the majority of them younger members and being an open to all club, we attract cricketers from all the surrounding areas, including Beacon Hill, Bordon, Hindhead, Haslemere, Headley, Liphook and Whitehill.
The club offers cricket for men, women, boys, girls and in 2023 the club also introduced Super 1s cricket.
With the growth in numbers in recent years the club acquired a second ground at Broxhead Common, Lindford.
Both of our grounds have excellent facilities.

the phoenix theatre & arts centre
The Phoenix Theatre & Arts Centre is a vibrant venue delivering theatre, music, dance and comedy performance as well as a broad range of activities and workshops for people living in Hampshire, Surrey and beyond. We have a cozy theatre space that seats up to 100 audience, a newly refurbished dance studio and a conference room. soup cafe
Monday's at Whitehill Village Hall the café is situated in Room 2 (enter via the side door) at Whitehill Village Hall and is open from 12noon until 2.00pm every Monday. Organised by St Matthew's Church.
There is always a choice of at least two delicious home-made soups, served with fresh crusty bread or rolls and butter. Hot drinks are also available. There is no charge but donations are always welcome as the café is supported entirely by volunteers, who also make the soup.
Why not come along and try it? It is an opportunity to make new friends and share a hot meal together, rather than having to prepare it yourself.
WEDNESDAYS AT WHITEHILL

This charity manages Forest Community Centre and Pinewood Village Hall and helps new community projects to develop in Whitehill and Bordon.

The Whitehill & Bordon Regeneration Company, the joint venture between Rochester Regeneration and Taylor Wimpy UK, brings together two companies with significant experience in listening to communities and delivering large scale regeneration schemes.

The area is covered by three tiers of local government: Hampshire County Council (HCC), East Hampshire District Council (EHDC) and Whitehill Town Council.
